Data we collect
We collect only what we need to deliver the product and measure outcomes.
- Homeowner contact info submitted via lead forms (name, email, phone; optional address/zip).
- Design interactions (saved designs, selected SKUs/options, timestamps).
- Marketing attribution signals (UTM parameters, referrer, campaign IDs where available).
- Operational metadata (device/browser, basic logs for reliability and fraud prevention).

- Encryption in transit (TLS) and encryption at rest where supported by infrastructure.
- Least-privilege access controls for internal tools and data.

- Separation of environments (staging vs production) and secure secret management.
- Backups and recovery procedures aligned to business continuity needs.
Retention
Sub-processors (high-level)
We rely on standard infrastructure and messaging providers. For the latest specific vendor list, request the sub-processor addendum.

Follow-up messages and notifications.
Analytics tooling
Product analytics and conversion measurement.
CRM/job system integrations
